What the role involves?
You are unique. And so are our working hours for this position. Depending on your availability, the position could be either full time (40h a week) or part time (minimum 25h a week). We will fine tune the tasks according to your availability.
You will oversee the administration of a busy UK/Ireland sales office:
- in tandem with the Sales Manager UK, you will lead the team (10 employees) of our UK/Ireland subsidiary with 2 people reporting directly to you
- ensuring efficient processes for the administrative part and stock control
- administration of the entire sales order process from quote/order to invoice
- day to day bookkeeping
- main point of contact for the German headquarters for Accounting & HR as well as our external consultants and service providers
- creating and maintaining different financial reports
- main point of contact for compliance & legal questions
- organising and execution of inventory management
- general office administration with a strong IT affinity
